Renters' Insurance Requirement

Make sure your family's belongings are protected against fire or theft!

You may be unaware that the insurance Bryan Leasing carries on your rental home covers only the structure itself. Your furnishings and personal belongings are not covered, and you are not protected against personal liability by our coverage.

*WE REQUIRE that you purchase and carry renters' insurance during the entire term of your rental agreement on any Bryan Leasing home or townhome. 

Renter's insurance costs very little and will protect you from loss, damage, or personal liability. Most insurance companies offer renters' insurance but feel free to contact us for our recommendation.
